PSIsafe Update Troubleshooting: Issue 02.04: Trying to login to Safe, can see Connect To button but error is received

Problem: 

Try to login to Safe, can see the Connect To information but receive the following error message:

“A connection was successfully established with the server, but then an error occurred with the pre-login handshake. (Provider: SSL provider, error: 0 – the message received was unexpected or badly formatted. “
“A connection was successfully established with the server, but then an error occurred during the login process. (Provider: SSL provider, error: 0 – the specified network name is no longer available. “

Solution:

1. Go to services and see if SQL and CABINET Server services are running. May say Automatic but not started. If not running as Local Admin and is running as domain\Administrator, reset password and restart service.
2. Re-apply cabinet server update.
