PSIsafe Filer Troubleshooting: Issue 03.02: Document deleted when Filer was closed

Problem: 

In the save to path, user dragged and dropped an important document. When filer came up, he exited filer. The document was deleted from his system. If the save to process is exited, should the document be retained? What is actually happening is that when he exits from Filer not filling the document, the file is deleted on

Solution:

Any item placed in the Save to Path(Monitored Folder) will be deleted when the Filer closes. But it will go to the Windows Recycle Bin if the filer is exited without filing. The Delete from hard drive check box in the filer is not related to this delete.
