PSIsafe Troubleshooting: Issue 07.01: Saving a Form results in error regarding freeing disk space

Problem: 

When a Form is saved, the following error pops up:

Application error. Try free up hard disk space, close open forms and applications to free up memory.

Solution: 

The windows profile is corrupt and has to be reset.
