[Legacy] PSIsafe Troubleshooting: Issue 07.03: Preview of Forms is grayed out with error message Must Have License to use ActiveX Control

Problem: 

Preview of Forms is grayed out or an error message “You must have a license to use this ActiveX control” pops up.

Solution: 

Register Ofmctl.dll and then restart SAFE.
To Register, run the following in the command prompt or Run window:
C:\Windows\System32\regsvr32.exe "C:\Program Files (x86)\CNG\CNG-SAFE\ofmctl.dll"
