PSIsafe Troubleshooting: Issue 08.03: Error communication with the Server, process cannot access the file

Problem: 

User gets the error message when trying to open multiple documents or PSF files within PSIsafe.

“Error communication with the Server. The error was: The process cannot access the file…..because it is being used by another process” 

Solution: 

A Word(or Word Merge) and Adobe document manager’s need to have the appropriate switches set within PSIsafe Management > Managers.
For Microsoft Word and Word Merge the switch is “/W”
For Adobe or Acrobat the switch is “/N”
