PSIcapture Migration: Sharepoint Online 365: Access is Denied with ADFS enabled.

Problem:

User switches from normal authentication to ADFS on SharePoint Online 365. When they connect they get an Access is Denied error occurring.

Solution:

The user that is being utilized in the Migration should be set to Full Control, Contribute and be set to a Site collection Administrator for the site.
