PSIsafe: When the Document Count on the Folder Tab Doesn't Match What Can Be Seen

A PSIsafe Cloud user thought he had lost some documents from a cabinet folder. The tab he was looking in said he should have 84 documents, but he could only see about a dozen. All searches verified that 84 documents should have been under that tab.

Cloud IT Support ran the illustrated process on this and all other Cabinets for this user.

• Management > Settings > Tools > Reset Security ID and Parent ID

After PSIsafe was restarted, 84 documents did show in this tab.
