PSIsafe Troubleshooting: Unable to File Document into Safe

Problem: 

User is unable to file a document into Safe, it reports an error that Document Upload failed.

Solution: 

Ensure the user running CNG-Service has Read/Write/Modify to not only the Repository location, but also C:\Program Files (x86)\CNG and all subfolders.
