PSIsafe Troubleshooting: Unable to view or see documents in particular Tab

Problem: 

When accessing a folder and tab in PSIsafe, the tab shows a document count, but no documents are visible.

This isn't a Rights or Permission problem.  If the user doens't have rights to the Folder, the Folder is completely hidden from the User.  Since the user could see the Folder, and see the particular Tab, the documents should have been visible.  If the user doesn't have rights to the Security Class the documents are, it wouldn't display the document name, but show the document and indicate it was hidden.

Need to go to Management System Settings Tools Diagnostics, and select the cabinet in Question.  Then, click all Process buttons from top Down.  Next, go to Database Management, and run the Indexes as well.
