PSIcapture License Server: Activation Key has been tampered with

Occasionally when attempting to reactivate a License Server that has gone down, you will receive an error that "The activation key has been tampered with".

1. Close License Server
2. Go to C:\ProgramData\PSIGEN\License Server\ and delete any file appended with .invalid
3. Open Services and recycle the Capture.Services service
4. Open License Server and activate using the LSA key
