Signing and Sharing Documents from PSIsafe Mobile

Problem :

A user is unable to sign or share documents via PSIsafe Mobile.

Solution:

How to sign with your finger on Mobile 2.0:

(Adobe PDF is a free App in the Google Play or Apple Store)

1. In mobile, go to the desired document and tap the pdf icon
2. Checkout
3. Use the Adobe PDF editor of your choice to sign
4. Share
5. Select "Flattened Copy"
6. Copy to Cabinet – signed, flattened image is checked back in to SAFE
7. Done!

Please keep in mind that you can use a PDF editor of your choice for your device.
