Problem:

When an end-user attempts to file a document to PSIsafe Web 10.0+, they may encounter one of two similar errors upon attempting to file the document:

"Failed to Retrieve Tabs: Error: Failed to get Template-Specific Data Set"

"Failed to Retrieve Managers: Error: Failed to get Template-Specific Data Set"

Sometimes these errors will occur one after another sequentially.

Solution:

This is an issue with the manager configuration for the filetype extension associated with the document that the end-user is attempting to file. For example, a user would encounter this error if their PDF Manager (Adobe) was set to "Other" instead of "Wordprocessing". A mismatched manager type of other extensions in this manner may result in the above errors.
