PSIsafe Troubleshooting: Drag & Drop to PSIsafe from Outlook fails with COM component with CLSID error

Problem:

When dragging and dropping a Microsoft Outlook message or attachment from the Outlook client into PSIsafe, the client displays the following error:

"Creating an instance of the COM component with CLSID {741BEEFD-AECO-4AFF-84AF-461D15F5526} from the IClassFactory failed due to the following error: 8000ffff."

Solution:

This issue can be resolved by enabling the following option in the PSIsafe client:

Options > Client > Filer > "Use Outlook file name for document title in Filer".
