Failed to Load Settings For Module:

Problem:

 Capture Services crashes when attempting to open Capture.  Error Logs show the following entry:

Failed to load settings for module: ___________________

The blank will indicate the affected module.

Solution:

The actual configuration settings are stored in ProgramData\PSIGEN\Capture.Services\Configuration in the form of an XML file.

These files are referenced by entries in the Configuration.mdf database file.

If any of the referenced files are corrupted, it will halt Capture Services. 

In the instance encountered, two Capture Profile XMLs were corrupted.  They showed a 'normal' filesize but could not be read when opened (Notepad/Wordpad/Internet Explorer).  Capture Services crashed upon opening and the error produced read Failed to load settings for module: Capture Profiles

This behavior could affect any module informed by these XMLs.
