PSIsafe Client Troubleshooting: Error When Dragging and Dropping Outlook Email into PSIsafe Desktop Client

PSIsafe will throw all certain COM errors, such as the one picture below, if you try to drag and drop an email from the 64-bit version of Office 365 to PSIsafe Desktop.

Error in TSafeMailItem - MAPIInitializeEx: MAPI_E_CALL_FAILED.

The main one is this:

PSIsafe users must use the 32-bit version of MS Office and Outlook.  This issue will persist until PSIsafe is converted to a x64-bit application.
