[Legacy][PSIsafe 9]Error in StgCreateDocfile when Filing Email w/ Attachment in PSIsafe

Problem: 

PSIsafe Client 9.x displays an error when using the drag and drop feature to file emails from Microsoft Outlook with attachments.

Error Message:

"Error in StgCreateDocfile: STG_E_INVALIDNAME"

Solution: 

From the PSIsafe Desktop Client go to Options - Other and uncheck "Disable Outlook 2012 Refresh"
