The short guide will walk you through the steps required to access a PSIcapture Installation Download from the right source.
Currently there are two methods to download a PSIcapture Installation Package:
Download from the Partner Portal
Downloading PSIcapure from the PSIGEN Partner Portal is a quick process with a few steps:
- Log into the PSIGEN Partner Portal at this link:

- On the login screen, enter the associated business email address and password. If you've forgotten your password, hit the "Forgot Password?" link. If you are new to the PSIGEN Partner Portal, click the "Register" button on the left-hand side (if you are unable to login or register, follow the steps to Contact Support below):
- Once you are logged into the PSIGEN Partner Portal, click the"View More" under "Install Downloads", as in the screenshot below:
- Under the "PSIcapture Downloads" heading, click on the appropriate link to your situation. If you are installing for the first time or on a new machine, click the "Download Full Install" link. If you are upgrading an existing installation, click the "Download Update Install" link:
- Once your download is complete, you can move on to Installing PSIcapture.
