Problem:
PSIsafe Cloud user started working from home. Fresh and proper installation on her home PC. When she attempted to log in for the first time, she received this error message:
User's credentials were legitimate, and they worked form the Support engineer's workstation. Connection configuration was correct, and all relevant local firewall ports were open.
Solution:
The region and date format on the user's PC was set for "Columbia", which presented the system date as DD/MM/YYYY.
Once the system Date/Time region was corrected (United States), the user was able to log in properly without a Registration error.
