PSIsafe Cloud user started working from home. Fresh and proper installation on her home PC. When she attempted to log in for the first time, she received this message...
User's credentials were legitimate, and they worked form the Support engineer's workstation. Connection configuration was correct, and all relevant local firewall ports were open.
It was noticed that the region and date format on the user's PC was set for "Columbia", which presented the system date as DD/MM/YYYY.
Once the system Date/Time region was corrected (United States), the user was able to log in properly with a Registration error.
