  • Main Image – Image you see within the capture viewer
  • Original Image – Only available if option on step 2 of 9 is selected (this image is not modified by Image Processing)
  • Alternate Images – Alternate images can be created at various times during the workflow (IE Image Processing: Crop)

Storage Location

Select Storage Location by choosing a pre-defined location or configuring a new one.

Select from the following:

  • Multi-Page Tiff Image
  • Single Page Tiff Images

  • Single Page GIF Images

Select from One Document with all tags, or One Document with each tag.

This is for files created in the OCR module.

Select from the following:

  • All OCR Files for Document
  • Single OCR File by workflow position
  • OCR Files by file tags
  • Non-Image source file

Tags to Output

Settings - Advanced

Skysite Infolink Options

Select the target Skysite Infolink project from the drop down list. The list is populated during the connection test (see testconnect).

Root Folder

Press the Select button to display the Skysite Root Folder Selection dialog:

Use the dialog to choose the project folder that will be common to all documents processed by this migration. If the documents are not common to any one folder, select the <project root> folder.  Selecting the project root folder or a child folder that contains many sub folders will slow overall migration performance.  Documents are never stored in the root folder. A subfolder structure must be defined in the Folder Design section of the configuration. See folderdesign for details.

Return Hyperlink

Check this option to return a direct link to each document migrated.

Link Type

Select View to receive a link suitable for download and for online viewing. Select Download to receive a link that will only allow the document to be downloaded to the local machine.

Link Field Target

Select an index field to receive the hyperlink text. This index field can then be used by other migrations or workflow steps to communicate the link to other systems.

Link Display Format

Select URL to receive a link that can be pasted directly into a browser. Select Filename to receive an HTML hyperlink.

Single Page Output Options

Naming Option

Single page output options are only used if single page output is selected in image file options. Select format by which the files are named from the list below:

  • Page File Name (e.g. 000001.tif, 000002.tif, etc.)
  • Document Name + Page Number
  • Document Name + Custom Single Page File Name
  • Custom Single Page File Name

External Application Options

The user may wish to execute another Windows application as a part of this migration. In order to accomplish this, the user must configure the following:

Application to Launch

Select the Windows executable to launch by clicking on Browse.

Application Arguments

Supply any command line arguments, if any. These are supplied by the executable’ developer. Users can also add system index fields.

Launch Timing

The user can choose between the following timing options to launch the executable:

  • Launch application after each Batch is migrated
  • Launch application after all selected Batches are migrated.

Wait for Application to Complete

Users have the option to wait for the external application to complete before continuing in the capture workflow. To avoid long wait times users can also set how long to wait for the external application in minutes.

Settings - Folder Design

This migration requires a folder designation, which is specified on the Folder Design tab. Select the root folder as discussed in the rootfolde section, then design a subfolder structure in the Folder Design tab using a combination of fixed values and/or index values to determine where the documents will be stored. When using user-defined index fields, it is recommended that at least one of the fields be defined as Required on the Indexing configuration screen. NOTE: If the value from a folder design is blank, the migration will fail.
