Solution 1:

The line within the error below points out the solution:

[EndpointNotFoundException: There was no endpoint listening at http://localhost:8080/Handlers/Reactor.svc
that could accept the message. This is often caused by an incorrect address or SOAP action.
See InnerException, if present, for more details.]

The Reactor Service, called "Fusion Services" or "Mailroom Services" is currently not started, not running, or has encountered an error and crashed. Ensure that the service is started and fully running to resolve the issue. See also:

PSIcapture Fusion / Mailroom Service Crashes / Won't Stay Running - Windows Credentials Issue

Solution 2:

The binding to the IIS local website for Fusion is likely mismatched to the service endpoint listener. To resolve, open IIS, select the Fusion/Mailroom website, and select Bindings:

error8.png

Then, edit the bindings for the website and ensure that the "All Unassigned" option is selected. Keep in mind that this option may be different depending on the environment. For example, if the website is bound to a 443 SSL port, and an HTTPS certificate is installed properly, then the website address needs to be correctly input in this location. By default, and in most environment in which Fusion / Mailroom is the only hosted website, the default option above of "All Unassigned" will match the Service endpoint listener. For more information on editing/modifying the service endpoint listener and editing the website's "Web.config" file to change this endpoint, see:
