Solution: This error is typically caused by an inability for the PSIcapture Fusion Service to communicate with the SQL Server instance hosting the Fusion/Mailroom database. Double-check the IP address of the machine hosting the SQL Server via Deployment Manager or by manually editing the Deployments.XML file from C:\Program Files (x86)\PSIGEN\Fusion\, as seen below:

Ensure that you click "Test" to test the connection and verify that the Webserver machine can successfully connect to the SQL Server instance. If the connection fails, check the Windows (or third party) firewall rules and ensure that UDP port 1434 (SQL Browser Service) is allowed for Outbound connections from the machine hosting the SQL Server.
