Install This Fix
Use the following procedure to install this fix.
- Open Internet Information Systems (IIS).
- Expand server name on left.
- Expand Sites.
- Right click on PSIcapture Mailroom application.
- Click "Explore".
- Navigate up one directory.
- NOTE: If Installation Directory is not default, perform steps below:
- Open IIS and stop the application site (if necessary)
- Open Windows Explorer and navigate to “Libraries” directory in the installation folder.
The default path for “Libraries” directory is one of the following:
<C:\ProgramData\PSIGEN\Fusion\Deployments\Mailroom1>
- Back up the files.
- Replaces the files.
- Restart the application in IIS.
- Open directory named "Libraries".
- Locate and create backup copy of existing Fusion.Core.dll file to be replaced.
- Replace with new Fusion.Core.dll file from package.
- Close Windows Explorer.
- In IIS, click to select PSIcapture Mailroom application.
- In Actions panel on left, select "Restart".
Remove This Fix
Use the following procedure to remove this fix.
- Open Internet Information Systems (IIS).
- Expand server name on left.
- Expand Sites.
- Right click on PSIcapture Mailroom application.
- Click "Explore".
- Navigate up one directory.
- Open directory named "Libraries".
- Locate and delete existing Fusion.Core.dll file which was deployed above.
- Restore backup copy of Fusion.Core.dll file created during install process above.
- Close Windows Explorer.
- In IIS, click to select PSIcapture Mailroom application.
- In Actions panel on left, select "Restart".
