Install This Fix

Use the following procedure to install this fix.

1. Open Internet Information Systems (IIS).
2. Expand server name on left.
3. Expand Sites.
4. Right click on PSIcapture Mailroom application.
5. Click "Explore".
6. Navigate up one directory.
7. NOTE: If Installation Directory is not default, perform steps below:
   1. Open IIS and stop the application site (if necessary)
   2. Open Windows Explorer and navigate to “Libraries” directory in the installation folder.

   The default path for “Libraries” directory is one of the following:

   <C:\ProgramData\PSIGEN\Fusion\Deployments\Mailroom1>

   3. Back up the files.
   4. Replaces the files.
   5. Restart the application in IIS.
8. Open directory named "Libraries".
9. Locate and create backup copy of existing Fusion.Core.dll file to be replaced.
10. Replace with new Fusion.Core.dll file from package.
11. Close Windows Explorer.
12. In IIS, click to select PSIcapture Mailroom application.
13. In Actions panel on left, select "Restart".

Remove This Fix

Use the following procedure to remove this fix.

1. Open Internet Information Systems (IIS).
2. Expand server name on left.
3. Expand Sites.
4. Right click on PSIcapture Mailroom application.
5. Click "Explore".
6. Navigate up one directory.
7. Open directory named "Libraries".
8. Locate and delete existing Fusion.Core.dll file which was deployed above.
9. Restore backup copy of Fusion.Core.dll file created during install process above.
10. Close Windows Explorer.
11. In IIS, click to select PSIcapture Mailroom application.
12. In Actions panel on left, select "Restart".
