  • SAFE-940: Resolved an issue where upload of a PDF file with a size greater than 1 GB would fail.

  • SAFESRV-34: Resolved an issue where document Trace information was not being displayed properly when documents were routed to Originator.
  • SAFESRV-33: Resolved an issue where an error could occur when exporting documents larger than 2GB from PSIsafe.
  • SAFESRV-32: Resolved an issue where a user restricted to a certain group was able to route documents to users outside of that group.
  • SAFESRV-51: This release contains some known issues addressed within the 32-bit framework that have not been addressed within the 64-bit framework. These are:
    • Preview rotate function is not honored.
    • Preview of MSG files presents error.
    • Preview of Excel files presents error.
    • Preview of TXT files presents error.
    • Preview of PowerPoint files presents error.

  • SAFW-98: Resolved an issue where system exception occurred:

    "System.Exception: Could not load file or assembly 'dtSearchNetApi4, Version=7.84.8405.39320, Culture=neutral, PublicKeyToken=null' or one of its dependencies. The system cannot find the file specified"

    dtSearchNetApi4.dll was added to the referenced dependencies.

  • SAFE-90: Resolved an issue where a user could produce an error by proceeding to step 3 of 3 during import or creation before all information was not filled in. The next option is disabled until all Template related information has been completed.
  • SAFW-89: Resolved an issue where Naming Segments of pick lists were not empty by default (no item selected). The default selection will now be empty to mirror behavior in PSIsafe Desktop.
  • SAFW-88: Resolved an issue where Segment labels were not included in titles where pick lists were used in document template. Segment labels (with or without system defined indexes) are now included in the document [Title]fields, along with each of their associated values.
  • SAFW-87: Resolved an issue where Segment labels marked as "Required" were not distinctive. Required Segment labels are now displayed using a red font and proceeded with "(Required)", also in red font.
  • SAFW-86: Resolved an issue where naming segment tab stops set in management templates were not being honored in the application.
  • SAFW-85: Resolved an issue where selection of a pick list item would result in all pick list items being merged into a single entry in error.
  • SAFW-36: Resolved an issue where a user with no rights could see a scheduled item on the Dashboard, but could not access it. This provides better error messaging stating that the user does not have the appropriate rights to view the contents of the folder.

  • ATS-27: Provided advanced installation wizard for Attendance Tracking System deployment to automate installation.

  • ATS-20: Added functionality to only insert records into PSIsafe at select point thresholds.
  • ATS-19: Added error handling to notify user and/or blocked from data entry when ATS PDF creation service is unavailable.
  • ATS-1: Each customer location may operate on a different point total for the actions. This enhances the current functionality and replaces static logic to allow dynamic points calculations as defined by administration interface. All triggers are refactored to operate in alignment with the new dynamic point structure.

  • ATS-25: Enhanced user interface to prevent non-administrative users from creating or editing incidents over (perfectAttendanceDays) into the past. Also changed falloff processing to cascade falloff appropriate perfect attendance credits, avoiding negative totals.
  • ATS-24: Removed logo from footer and replaced with text.
  • ATS-3: Modify the incident point table at footer of form to accept text-based output of all point incident records as table. The objective is to help standardize this function across all customer implementations and provides long-term flexibility so customer can manage point systems in a dynamic user interface rather than having to also change hard-coded PDF form.
  • ATS-2: Allow for addition and configuration of a variable ("n") number of point actions (where “n” is a variable number of point action records). This modifies the current design which specifies a 4-tier point action system only.

  • ATS-13: Resolved an issue to reward point amount set in configuration if pending action item set to complete without employee signature.

  • ATS-12: Resolved an issue where deletion of disciplinary action on missed days that are later approved did not reset the perfect attendance timer.
  • ATS-10: Resolved issue with GetDocumentAsync() in the current version of OpenAPI that caused some pages to throw errors rather than serving them to ATS.

  • SAFE-831: After successfully filing with the Schedule for Date option selected, subsequent Filer sessions have the Schedule for Date unchecked.

  • SAFE-871: Resolved an issue where users are prevented from successfully filing non-PDF convertible file types when the Convert to PDF checkbox was enabled. Users are now able to file the non-PDF convertible file types with the Convert to PDF checkbox checked.

  • SAFE-823: The values for a given segment are now populating correctly on the Document Title and Segment lists.

  • SAFE-822: The defined Segments for a Template are now being displayed on the Segment List after sending a document to Filer via Send to PSISafe without having to click on the refresh icon first.

  • SAFE-806: This resolves an issue in the security verification logic to correctly display restricted templates in Filer.

  • SAFE-802: This resolves an issue where Imageman was displaying erratic behavior when user would perform various functions in thumbnail panel.

    PSIsafe Management>System>Settings>Options>Filer>Global Disable Quick Filer
    Default Setting: Unchecked
    Global Disable Quick Filer when checked, will override the local user options for quick filer
    This option is available in the Open API and PCL as a Read-Only Boolean call "GetDisableQuickFiler". If the return value is TRUE, Quick Filer should be disabled for Web and Mobile products that use this function.

  • Option to edit folder index of a folder that is in workflow.
    PSIsafe Management>System>Settings>Options>General>Skip Workflow Check for Folder Index Edit

    “Skip Workflow Check for Folder Index Edit” when checked, will skip the check for workflow status. This option is global. Note: All other checks with regards to user rights for the given folder will still be checked.
  • Search window is integrated by default. “Integrated Search window” option is now checked by default on new installs.
  • Default view is now folders and folder indexes for new installs.
  • PSIsafe Management: In Management query cabinets will now be listed with its repository name in parenthesis.
  • PSIsafe Management: Option to pick Openapi for filing documents from desktop client, batch capture.
    PSIsafe Management -> Settings –> Options-> Paths -> PSIsafe URI (Enable use by desktop client)

  • Blue and Dark themes
    PSIsafe 11.1 comes with two additional themes (Blue and Dark) along with current Light theme. Dark theme is the default theme on new installs. The theme can be changed by user using Options -> General -> Theme

  • PSIsafe Management: Editing list item on a cabinet index is adding a new item to list instead of editing the existing one.
  • PSIsafe Management: Add/edit index on cabinet: adding duplicate index picklist items gives no error or message and doesn't add the item.
  • Imageman: the ReScan Page option should not be available for BMP, PNG and JPEG images.
  • CSV is the only import option available for SHARE users. Outlook and Gmail plugins are removed.
  • Epson Scan issue: scanned file not getting to working directory.
