PSIsafe Troubleshooting: Error When Dropping PDF Attachment from Outlook

Problem:

When trying to drop a PDF file attachment in Outlook into the PSIsafe Client, the depicted error occurs:

Failed to match extension: - .PDF. Please reclick the file button and try again.

A file must be greater than 0kb in order to be filed to SAFE.

Solution:

1. Open PSIsafe Management.
2. Click on Templates.
3. Select the relevant template.
