PSIsafe Filer Troubleshooting: Issue 03.01: In Filer, using a template with Post Creation process you might encounter message

Problem: 

In Filer, when using a template that has a Post Creation process enabled, you may encounter this message:
“Unable to complete……A request to send or receive data was disallowed because the socket is not connected and……”
“Unable to complete template export. Error: An Existing connection was forcibly closed by the remote host.”

Solution:

1. Verify\Set CABINET Server IP address in “CNG.CNGTools.CNGServerService.exe.config” file
2. Restart CNG-Server Service on the CABINET Server.
To do step 1 go to CABINET Server application directory. General location in a 64 bit system is as follows…
