PSIsafe Filer Troubleshooting: Issue 03.03: Filing a TIF image as Text Searchable PDF throws exception

Problem: 

File TIF Image as text searchable PDF throw exception: “Intermediate OCR output not found, ensure that call to recognize was successful before trying to save output”

Solution:

Check format using properties and not extension. Image is not TIF but PCX or some unsupported format.
