PSIsafe Filer Troubleshooting: Issue 03.04: Using Filer throws error "One or more Documents failed to File correctly"

Problem: 

Filing using Filer throws error: One or more documents failed to file correctly.

Solution:

Test to see if any new or scan document can be filed directly thru the client. The Account running the CNG-Server service, on the Server, may not have “modify” rights to the repository in question.
