PSIsafe printer driver goes unresponsive after filing / Clean Printer Driver install

CNG Safe / PSIsafe printer driver, after attempting to file from the "Print to Safe" option, goes unresponsive for 2-5 minutes after filing a document with no feasible explanation for the behavior, or what change may have caused it.

Solution: Clean printer driver install

1. Extract current print driver via the ZIP located here: http://tc.cabinetsupport.com/PrintDrivers/ and select AO_Printer.zip.
2. First uninstall by runing CabinetBIPrinterUninstallR2_x64.exe from the "Uninstall Black Ice Printer" folder after unblocking the installer via properties.
3. Remove registry entries manually to ensure they do not carry settings over that may be part of the issue:

HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\WOW6432Node\Cabinet NG\ (remove Printer keys only, not CNG-Safe keys)
HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Cabinet NG (remove Printer keys only, not CNG-Safe keys)
HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Black Ice Software LLC
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\WOW6432Node\Black Ice Software LLC

4. Reinstall printer driver via Printer2Pilots64bitW7.zip > Run64BitSetup.bat (NOTE: You may need to right click on SetupPrn_x64.exe > Properties > Compatibility and run according to your current client's OS, additionally after unblocking the installer via properties.) which is in the Install Color Pilot folder.

This should solve any issues with missing registry entries or invalid configurations that would cause this kind of delay in filing. If further issue occur, investigate the active users in management to ensure that the user is not stuck on multiple threads of the filer dialog, in which case you would need to sign out all sessions and ensure via task manager that all instances of filer were manually ended.
