Problem:
When attempting to file a document using the Quick Filer Dialog, the following error appears:
Upload Failed for 1 Document
Solution:
This error is likely caused by an incorrect association of the:
System Settings > Options > Paths > PSIsafe URI
With an incorrect path or setup.
Simply check the path, or uncheck the box for "Enable use by desktop client".
If this does not fix the issue, also uncheck the box "Enable Preview Cache for Web" in System Settings > Options > General.
