PSIsafe Filer Troubleshooting: Issue 03.05: Filer throws error 407 Proxy Authentication Required

Problem: 

Filing using Filer throws error: The remote server returned an error: (407) Proxy Authentication Required. This is also seen in Pick Folder when the default\reference lookups show “Edit Value is Null” and the ellipse button is clicked.

Solution:

In the login Cabinet Server configuration window, toggle between HTTP\8993 and TCP\8994, exit SAFE and Filer (SaveAs Monitor) and restart both.
