[Legacy] Document Upload Failed - Appending PDF Documents in Safe Cloud 10.4

Problem:

A PSIsafe Cloud User receives the following error when editing a PDF to add pages.  Error generates after attempting to Save the document in Safe (after closing the document editor).

The user was running PSIsafe Version 10.4. 

Issue appeared after user's system was upgraded to Windows 10. 

Solution:

Upgrade the PSIsafe Desktop Client to version 11.2 or later.
