Answer: Licensing on PSIcapture 7.6 and later requires a resilient internet connection to function. Alternately, you may install a licensing server to function on your local network which will provide more resiliency should internet connections be intermittent. PSIGEN does support NFR and Unlimited licenses with no internet connection.

- Question: Why does my License Server display a license with an "Invalid" status?
Answer: There are multiple reasons why a license may be invalid in status. This license may have been activated on a different License Server, and thus, needs to be removed, reset, and re-added. This process can be accomplished with the assistance of PSIGEN Support. Another reason is that the maintenance period for that license may have expired, in which case, you can Contact PSIGEN Support for further assistance.
