PSIsafe Troubleshooting: Dragging an email to PSIsafe Client may result in Catastrophic Failure (Exception from HRESULT:0x8000FFFF (E_UNEXPECTED)

Problem:

When dragging an Outlook email to PSIsafe to file it, you may receive the following error:

Solution:

To resolve this issue, please go to Options in the menu bar, and then Filer tab, and finally enable the option to "Use Outlook file name for document title in Filer".  Save the options, and close and re-open PSIsafe Client.
